Azimutus sp. z o.o. is a consulting company that specializes in strategic consulting and investment banking services. It was established in 2004 by two former consultants of McKinsey&Company. The headquarters are located in Warsaw.
In the area of corporate finance advisory, we support both owners of enterprises who are willing to sell their companies or look for investors, and enterprises expanding through mergers and acquisitions. Among our services we offer active investor identification and approach, preparation of informational materials and valuations, due diligence and support in negotiations. We also offer comprehensive capital transaction assistance that includes all the mentioned services.
In the area of strategic consulting we assist management boards in creation and implementation of development strategies for the companies. We specialize in improvement of internal processes, cost reduction, development of new products, markets and sales channels.
