MergerID.com is a platform belonging to the Financial Times Group. MergerID portal is a virtual meeting place for investors and sellers from all over the world. Portal is a tool for companies from medium-sized enterprises sector, which significantly facilitates the initiation of processes of M&A and offers a real opportunity to match the interests of buyers and sellers. Currently, the portal cooperates mainly with investment banks, private equity and strategic advisory firms and corporations. Every day, about 150-180 announcements are added, currently there are about 7,000 announcements posted. About 600 confidentiality agreements (NDA) are concluded monthly and thus talks on the finalization of the transaction start.

Association of Individual Investors (SII) operates since 1999. For the last 8 years it has been a member of Euroshareholders- the European investors organization. Association since the appearance on the market takes a number of activities aimed at the protection and assistance to investors, including the interventions on their behalf and interest. Through a number of attractive training and conferences (including the Wall Street Conference, Training Academy of Builing Capital, the Conference "Professional Investor" Magazine "Shareholder ") tries to educate investors to make their investment efficiency much higher than before. Held investor meetings, conferences and training are in many cases, the largest events in Poland.
