The aim of the website is to create a platform for businessmen wanting to sell their company or to attract an investor with spare capital. Thanks to Fuzje.pl you will not only find a buyer or investor for your company, but also learn about the approximate value of the enterprise, set up a meeting with a law firm and learn more about mergers and acquisitions.

2. How can I contact the author of the offer?

In order to contact the author of the offer you have to register/log in and choose the option “send message” for the offer that you are interested in.

3. How can I access the contact data of the author of an offer?

The contact with the author of an offer is only possible using the “send message” option located next to each offer. In order to send a message you have to register and log in.

4. Who will pay for the meeting with the Partner (Law Firm)?

The meeting is offered to the users who paid for one of the packs available on the Fuzje.pl website. The cost is covered by Azimutus S.A., the company that manages the platform. Please notify us about the willingness to set up the meeting by sending an e-mail to fuzje@fuzje.pl.

5. Can I browse the offers published on the website free of charge?

Yes, browsing the offers is free of charge. However, in order to see the details of an offer, you have to buy one of the packs. If you are an investor, both access to the details of the offers and adding new offers are fee of charge.

6. How long do I have to wait for the publishing of an added offer?

If you are a seller or look for an investor, you can redact the offer immediately after registering on the website. However, it will only be visible after we receive the payment for the chosen pack.

7. Is it possible to change the content of an offer?

Yes, you can always change the content. In order to do it, send us the request to fuzje@fuzje.pl.

8. What is the price for publishing an offer on the website?

Publishing offers is free for the investors. The price for the seller depends on the chosen pack. Prices of the packs start from 600PLN.

9. What is the waiting time for an ordered document (teaser, valuation)?

The waiting time is up to 5 working days from the moment of receiving the payment confirmation. If there are any doubts regarding received information, you will be contacted by Fuzje.pl staff.

10. How will I be informed about the publication of my offer?

The information about the publication of the offer on the website will be sent to the e-mail address that you indicated in the registration form.

11. Who can browse the offers that have been published?

Published offers can be browsed by every visitor of the website. The detail of the offers can only be accessed by logged in users.

12. Why is my offer not visible?

Each new offer is subject to verification. New offer will be published up to 48 hours after it was added or after we received the payment for the publication.

13. Who can access my contact data?

Contact data sent in the offer form are not published on the website and can only be accessed by administrators of the platform. The author of an offer can be contacted using the “send message” option located next to each offer.

14. What are the available payment methods?

At the moment it is only possible to pay by bank transfer. In the future we are planning to introduce online payment methods.

15. What are the differences between the offered packs?

The difference between the packs consists in the variety of services offered to the seller. Some of the features included in the basic pack are: possibility of publishing offers on the website, one meeting with a Partner and presentations that explain and facilitate processes of mergers and acquisitions. More advanced packs include for example listing on Mergerid.com website and additional investment documents. 16. What kind of information should not be included in the offer?

You should not include you contact data in the content of the offer.
Moreover, you should not include information that is confidential and could be against the interests of the offerer.
